The civil rights act was poorly worded.

Were they, or are we just misreading their intent? Will we ever really know?

economics of non discrimination to win over

The economics are "winning" now. They have enriched a financial elite that loves grooming children so that's what we are getting. It won't stop until these elites no longer have the wealth and the power that they do.
