I believe there is a connection between circumcision and trans. If you're gonna cut off the skin it's not a huge leap to cut off the whole thing.
Men are disposable in every society. If the foreskin is disposable, so is the whole entire thing.

Circumcision, as it is practiced outside Judaism, was pushed by Will Keith Kellogg (yes, the cereal guy) to stop young males from masturbating.
I'm speaking about the effects of circumcision, regardless of its origin or purposes. It has a monumental and devastating impact on the psyche, and I will argue it is a causal factor for gender dysphoria.
Leaving aside the ensuing complications of trauma, our cultural attitude creates the distinct impression of men being inherently bad if their organ is intact and they can enjoy themselves sans women. Our indifference to the pain and suffering of infant boys under the knife informs us of how little we should care about their wellbeing. Why would anyone wish to identify with that?
If man was made in the image of God then man’s foreskin was made in the image of God’s foreskin. Why would an almighty deity that created the Heavens and the Earth, life, the universe, and everything, tell His followers to cut off a piece of His holy creation?
It’s much more plausible that the removal of the foreskin was a demonic trick and it’s a protective barrier guarding receptors against attack by demonic subatomic particles.

"Followers"? You mean patients. His view of masturbation was almost certainly coloured by the fact that he worked with retards and crazies, and was likely referring to abnormal amounts of masturbation/the types who never stop and do it in public if given the chance. And he probably forgot that there's such a thing as "a little bit of healthy masturbation" because he spent so much time around the abnormal.
The best way to describe the difference is this:
