yeah, saw a video of a whistleblower talking about it in california... a doctor told the patient not to get the vaccine because she's allergic to the ingredients. then the patient asked for a note saying that, the doctor said he couldn't write one or he'd lose his medical license.
In Ontario, the medical regulatory body decreed that the only permissive exemption from vaccination was that your heart had already been fucked up by your first dose.
Fortunately for the Ontarian government, judges skew authoritative. So the little people should just stop protesting, go back to work, and pay their taxes like the good little plebs they are.
there needs to be legal sanction against all of the marxist "I'm not touching you" attacks that they use against us
every single lever of social and economic power the left wields needs to be locked up tight using state legislatures while the good guys still control them
Every medical board that has tried taking licenses away without definitive proof should be eradicated from the ability to hold a position or practice in healthcare under any circumstances. This is nothing more than pure actual medical fraud at this point.
Caliornia. Lesbians wanted fertility treatments, the law said they didn't have to provide it. They took it to court, court said religious exemption was okay. It's been used by pharmacists to deny medicines, not just the pill and not just in California.
Do you have any information on those court cases? California especially doesn't seem like one that would rule in favor of religious freedom over lesbians.
This is what I found, but it says the supreme court of california sided with the lesbian. Granted it's been 13 years, but I could swear a federal court said they could.
As you said, this was 13 years ago (the case actually started 8 prior, so really we're talking 21 years ago) AND the law didn't prevent them it was one particular doctor. Second, the courts ruled against religious beliefs here. Finally, this was an optional treatment (fertility), this wasn't anything that prevented someone from sickness.
I should never have given you the link you're obviously not going to see what I'm trying to put in front of you. This was but one example and if it wasn't for the cali supreme Court stepping in, it would have stayed. And the federal courts have sided with religious freedom time and time again.
none were sanctioned because they were afraid to speak up... doing so would have been extinction of their career.
In Ontario, they sanctioned numerous doctors simply for writing patients vaccine and mask exemption NOTES.

this shit is pure insanity.

I don't see the logic of the OP. How would doctors having free speech create denial of treatment based on religious grounds?
Free Speech is the grounds of religious exemptions.
Yeah, I get that (that’s really broad) but where has that been used to deny treatment?

Oh, it was the appeals court.
Last I heard, they were deciding against it: https://www.proudparenting.com/2009/09/settlement-reached-in-case-of-lesbian-denied-infertility-treatment-by-christian-fundamentalist-doctors/

Edit: fixed Doctors with Lesbian as victor.

I would argue nobody should compelled to treat you at the end of the day. I see nothing wrong with this.
I don't want a medical board forcing a specific doctor who hates me, to practice medicine on me.
I hate some people but I still serve them.
thats because hookers don't have rights of free choice, OP
Yeah, and?
When did this happen in California? Looks like just the opposite happened with an optional treatment.
Enjoy being denied based upon your posting history.
Im willing to bet there are more doctors who would be fine with my post history than not
Doesn't matter. Once is too many.
That ship sailed long ago.
