Confirmed, they are white so they are definitely looters. I guess they don't have that many peaceful joggers there.
That's also a badass solution for looters.
Our joggers are the gyppos here in picturesque Eastern Europe. When you hear about shit like heinous, senseless violence and stealing anything that is not drilled into cement ground, it's almost 100% a gypsy.
According to reports all the joggers ran away and were given refuge in other European countries.
Now they're double refugees with fast tracked citizenship.
Sounds like rules 1 and 2 in most games.
If its not bolted down, grab it.
If it can be unbolted see rule 1.
