You can officially lose your license if you're a doctor in Canada, and say anything negative about lockdowns or "vaccines"
In some parts of the U.S. as well. Doctor treating with Ivermectin had her license pulled and sentenced to a mental evaluation.
Same in Australia.

Suspend the licence of every doctor who claims the vaccines can lower transmission over the medium or long term, rather than the actual and trivial delay 35% of infections for about 3 months before resuming at about the average risk, i,e. : entirely useless from public health perspective.
Suspend the license of every doctor that claims vaccines "are our way out of this pandemic", or that "vaccines can help kids be kids again", or that they "stop or reduce variants" or "prevent another wave/lockdown".
Because those are liars or brainwashed and not offering sound medical information.
