If someone is using tv shows as role models they are already lost.
Didn't used to be. Used to be heroes were heroic, inspiring, and aspirational. Can't have people being inspired to become better. Tell them they're already perfect and all their problems are someone else's fault.
I kind of looked up to Crichton from Farscape. He was smart, resourceful and did not let him being weaker then others stop him.
Honestly he was a great role model.
Most kids don't have dads anymore. We can't force women to make better decisions (god I wish), so we could at least let them see what real men look like to have a chance of growing up right.
