If you grew up in a city basically everything has been taught to you by media you've watched as a child, education in school, and narratives fed to you through news. Even if you're fairly smart, you have layers upon layers of indoctrination built up that are nearly invisible unless you look at them honestly. For some people they just cannot do this, and they basically become NPCs. They get fed their premade dialogue through those information circuits and even if it doesn't really make sense they will say it. They effectively cannot change their minds, and must rely on the "experts" to know what is okay to say or not.
I was very much on the left prior to 2014. What worked for me was the sudden realization that the media was manipulative as fuck. Still I would not have even watched Crowder or Milo because I knew they were racist, alt-right extremists.
Jorden Peterson was the point that I went off to the right, I was listening to this intelligent guy, having intelligent discussions and he was considered an alt-right extremist, white supremacist, transphobe and all the works.
That finally pushed me from left to right and made me rethink a lot of what I considered "leftist virtues", made me rethink guns, abortion, transgenderism, gay lifestyles, feminism, the nuclear family etc.
Now, why this worked for me is that the left now is opposite of what I thought the left was.
Left back pre-2014 was pro free speech, celebrating culture and patriotism, color-blindness, equal treatment for everyone, respect for the hard working people, anti-corporation, anti-child indoctrination, sticks and stones etc.
Not sure if this helps but it worked for me. There is no thread you can send someone but if you can prove how much the media is full of bullshit, including Reddit and Twitter then maybe, just maybe they will re-evaluate their moral compass.
For most of my life I've known that politicians and the media were opportunistic liars that shouldn't be trusted with a tube of toothpaste on a plane but the propaganda machine led me to believe that it was mostly coming from the Right (Fox news et al).
Trump really woke me up, not because of anything he did, but because of all the blatant lies the Leftist media was disseminating about him. This was quickly followed by Lindsay Shapard, James Damore, and the Covington Kid which blew their credibility out of the water. By the time they tried to push Jussie Smolett or the "fiery but peaceful" riots, I was in disbelief that anyone would even entertain their bullshit.
JBP was important too, not for any one issue, but because watching him encouraged me to a) question my assumptions and b) speak up when confronted with lies.
I don't know what a specific intro thread would be, but I'd look for something pointing out the hypocracy on the Left regarding their integrity and then go on to educate about the reality of Communism, something we get zero education on in the West (thanks again JBP). After that, take a good critical look at all the self-proclaimed Marxists pushing CRT and BLM; by that point people are either asking hard questions or they are hopeless.
We're not here for any sense of being counter-culture.
We're not here because this is fun. Because it's not fun. It's not the least bit fun to look at the grim reality of what's going on. Part of the reason the term 'redpilled' caught on is because there's absolutely nothing pleasant on the other side. Your first reaction after your first red pill is almost always to reject it.
Nobody changes their mind overnight - even if it seems that way. It's a slow process of lots of little things - of individual pillars of faith crumbling one by one. Eventually, there aren't enough standing to keep the whole thing up, and that's the moment that feels sudden. But the buildup takes years, sometimes even decades.
For me, the system never succeeded in building the feminism pillar inside my childhood mind. I saw the preferential treatment of girls from a very young age and as a consequence, I never, ever bought in to the idea that we were in anything that could accurately, honestly be discribed as a 'patriarchy' or 'male dominated society'.
Just lacking that one pillar makes all the others have to carry more weight - which functionally makes them all weaker. Just knowing that one universally repeated claim is pure nonsense makes it easier to question the others. The more you look into things, the more unstable it becomes.
Just don't ever expect it to make you happy. There's nothing happy about clearly seeing the utter fucking gargoyles that run this world for what they are.
The day when you'll say enough is enough is the day when you'll become just as right wing as a jagged teeth rustbelt hick even though you were a staunch ally all your life.
Don't believe me?
Think how much feminists were put on pedestal in early 2010s and how they are irredeemable TERFS in 2020s
When those people create dollars, some people get those new dollars first
What implications does it have that a certain group of people are able to create money from nothing?
How does it affect the world that the people creating money can give it to their friends first?
Why are banks and investment capital firms, who you normally would expect care primarily about profitability, one of the biggest factors in pushing ESG/Woke ideology on corporations at large?
I'd say to look, listen, and think. That last one is important. Empathize. Have some sonder.
People all think of themselves as the primary agent in their own life. But that is rarely the case. They are influenced by countless things every day. Take some of the most major ones... And just... Look at them. Listen to them from all sides. And think about it.
"The right wing are [jew-hating identity]" say the massive left-wing organizations paying millions upon millions of dollars to advocate for the destruction of Jewish lands and surrender of Jewish holdings to outside haters, that simultaneously complain about each and every cent that the right wing give to said Jewish groups and lands.
Your personal views on Isreal are an aside: That doesn't matter. This is an exercise in stopping, looking, listening, and thinking. Would a group dedicated to the murder and hatred of Jewish peoples NEED millionaires and billionaires to pool their monies to yell and complain at said Jew-hating group to stop sending Jewish peoples so much money and power? And why does the Right that supposedly hates Jewish peoples give support to them, while the Left accusing them of hating Jews be so pro-destruction of Jewish holy lands? Could it be there something wrong in the initial assumptions? Could someone be incorrect, or even lying to you?
If people get antsy around Isreal, first ask yourself "why?", then go to the next point: "Islam is right about women" is a common meme. What does that phrase mean to you? Is it offensive? WHY is it offensive? Look, listen, think. Are you holding a double-standard somewhere in your mind? Are there multiple ideologies, what you WANT to be true, versus what IS true? Or even just two conflicting narratives, that you're actively suppressing thinking about at the same time? Never get angry. Anger lowers your IQ. Think instead on WHY you're conditioned to get angry. Why are you conditioned to lower your IQ when thinking about this topic?
Introspection is underrated. Don't assume anyone is flawless, telling the objective Truth capital-T. Trust, but verify: Look up yourself any claims someone makes, and see if the claim is both internally and externally consistent.
I can definitely say that they got away with slandering the right as being nothing but sexist tradcons and neo-nazis/white supremacists for years while conflating both groups.
That will not change opinion. I was thinking more of a thread with all the lies and double standards from the left. That is what, I think, OP is looking for.

Welcome to the pit.
Its ok fren, we were all there once.

Here's an angle no one else has mentioned:

Show them how BLM was created by women, as was white privilege.
Black people are being gaslighted by women into being their perfect allies.
