A federal appeals court ruled on Oct. 15 that Maine can enforce its vaccination requirement for healthcare workers. The First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Tuesday that Gov. Janet Mills had no choice but to mandate that healthcare workers be vaccinated to curb transmission of the Delta variant.

This seems like a bizarre statement by judges - to suggest that a given political decision was the only choice. Also, it's demonstrably false as in many European countries, health care workers are not required to be vaccinated, but instead constantly tested and masked.

You can't win your rights back from a corrupt, tyrannical system that wants your complete obedience or your death by suing it in a court that's part of it.

The judiciary as a whole is completely illegitimate and has been for two centuries. Judicial review is not real. John Roberts made it up, and he did it because he was an egomaniac and a tyrant who saw himself as a god.

And the only thing Andrew Jackson ever did wrong was not having John Roberts hanged.

Andrew Jackson was a patriot that fought like hell for his country his whole life.
