He's holding her like it's a middle-school dance and puberty hasn't fully kicked in yet.
Of course, it's sexist to touch a woman now. Actually, the woman in that photo is the "new 007" that was rumored, Bond retired and she replaced him and took his 007 codename. So that's literally white male Bond cucking to his black female replacement. Then he dies.
Actually she's holding onto the handlebar. In scene his left wrist is handcuffed to her right wrist so they both drive.
Bond is still badass, but in the 90s actors like Lucy Liu were taking the positive approach that both of them can be awesome.
Fast forward to 2010s and it's all about men being useless, otherwise women can't compete.
And this is why they are not getting my money.
