AFAIK Win is set up like reddit, so the best you could do for that kind of persistent thread is stickying it. People still haven't fully migrated here from reddit, so asking them to migrate again to a traditional style forum just won't happen
Plus you'd have to get Azurestarburst, Imp, Jester, and Tony, (plus 1 or 2 others whose names I don't recognize) to all collectively agree to self-quarantine their retarded slapfighting
