At that point why not just shave your head? It looks better and makes you look more masculine. Though, as someone who DOES shave their head, I might be a bit biased
Not everyone has the smooth, Bruce Willis skull shape you'd need to make that look good. Some people's skulls are lumpy and awkward like potatoes.
And it still looks better shaved than with the severe male pattern baldness look.
