Surely there are lot other bloated organisations that are just as worthless as one you listed in America, it's just that ADL has lot more influence over companies that affect overseas as well. ACLU for all its left-wing dribbles doesn't try to dictate to paypal or bank companies to ban certain people.

While the "conspiracy theorists" were trying to warn everyone, the destructionists were openly stating their intentions to anyone who would listen.
The ACLU is largely responsible for the environment of paranoid legal fear over not listening to groups like the SPLC and the ADL.
