It's centrally planned capitalism. The loop is entirely closed. Money trickles into the peaseants just long enough for them to consoom, but not so much they can build independent capital. The professional managerial class, acting as dictators on behalf of the proles, weaponizes the people's wealth against them.
The elites, having secured every last dime that once belonged to the lower class - in the form of eternal debt - have now decided it is time to fully drain the middle and working classes, too. This is obvious in the broad and incessant push to deprive the working and middle classes of home and business ownership.
The lower classes, already ravaged by the 0.01%, are happily duped into ravaging the working/middle class on behalf of the elites. This forced redirection of middle class investment capital into the hands of "diversity" is another front in the class war, to be sure.
But those "poor" hordes didn't require much convincing to rise up against whitey. And the ones doing the convincing sure do tend to come from one specific tribe.
They're coming for your jobs.
They're coming for your women.
They're coming for your children.
This includes asking current and prospective managers to complete annual questionnaires to gauge their progress and measure how managers look at diversity in terms of industry perception, recruitment, culture, promotion, and leadership. In the questionnaire, managers will document the racial and gender breakdown of employees at each level — board, executive, senior management, front office — and levels of recruitment and retention by race and gender. Managers will also have to answer specific questions about maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave and adoption policies. The questionnaire will end with an overall assessment score of the manager.
That puts the joke on you, doubly so if you're paying into a private pension, you're just giving them money every month that they never have to pay back.

They sound like real experts on the field of diversity: https://www.brunelpensionpartnership.org/people/
Pure racism. But people sat back and allowed this nonsense to happen.
They're coming for your jobs.
They're coming for your women.
They're coming for your children.
Clearly racist.
Women trying to grift along with the racism is sad but not a surprise.
Jokes on them, I'm not going to live that long.

I'm not.
Protection racket.
"It would be a shame if your shares started being sold, wouldn't it?"
