So this is one of the most hilarious stories EVER. Let me explain.
In the recent years, literature got overtaken by this fascistoid idea they call #OwnVoices. What is that, you ask? You can only write about a thing if you are that thing.
Let's say I write a book. Let's say I'm a good little SocJus worker and I include blacks, trannies, someone missing a leg. BUT! I'm wrong for doing that, as I am stealing the struggle of those people.
Then comes someone, who writes some tranny shit. People rip it apart, because he must be a "cis man". Turns out this cis man troons out, but they made it feel bad for trying to "force him to come out".
(Then on plebbit, people say "ughhh, you presume you can accurately guess who is a man and who isn't. Which... they actually did in this case, because yes, we can pinpoint troons, but you can't say that.)
I have talked about the fact Own Voices forces oversharing.
But now the SJW Krew unintentionally harmed one of their holy cows, a troon in the overzealous need to start a new crusade and cancel someone.
I don't feel sorry for either party, only for humanity for having so many warring retards.
Notice, "sexually" identify. Do these people have no other way of "identifying" themselves? No jobs, or hobbies they are passionate about, even? Just a fixation on their genitals?
What if, say, someone's sexuality is normal for the body they inhabit, and feel that whether they "belong" in that body in the first place is a whole 'nother question? Or are they capable of making fine distinctions?
Or is it really just about perverts wanting to make their perversions socially acceptable?
They also want to drag you into performing in their fetish plays. They love making normies uncomfortable and organising these huge, elaborate scenes with many unwilling participants.

That’s what Douglas Murray said about the difference between gays and queers. A gay is someone attracted to their own sex. A queer is someone who’s entire personality is their sexuality and have nothing else going for themselves. It’s like all the straight white women who call themselves “non-binary” or “pansexual”.
I feel like there's a deeper mental illness or need to follow the latest fad behind the non-binary thing, since some of the women are celebrities and others who do supposedly have a lot "going for themselves".
Queers are proponents of Queer Theory, which is the most aggressive and virulent strain of Critical Theory. Not surprising that such people are single-minded zealots for the cause.
If all you do is play videogames or watch media all day, you're only slightly better than a coomer. You're both just chasing short-term dopamine highs.
There are essentially two different science fiction demographics now. There is the types that populate World Con, and vote on the Hugos. These people are all woke, control the 5 main publishing houses, and run the big review sites like File 770. If you offend their woke sensibilities, you get dogpiled, viciously and without mercy. Authors from this group write progressive virtue signalling stories that are identity first, story distant last. None of it sells well, as the woke sci-fi community is small, and perpetually broke. Nobody cares, because success is not measured by sales, but how hard you virtue signal for the other woke in the group.
Then there are the science fiction fans who like good stories, and are not woke. These people are persona non grata in the woke world, and have been bodily ejected from the spaces the woke control. The authors who cater to this group make ten times what the authors in the woke group make, because they care about getting paid. This means they write stories their audience pay for, because that audience actually buys things, in contrast to the pretentious twits on the review sites who all think they are literary reviewers fit for the NYT.
Baen is a primary publisher of these authors, and many more self publishing on Amazon.
Isabell Fall should have focused on the second sort of fan, and ignored the first sort. No one in the second group would have cared a whit about her personal issues, and would have welcomed them with open arms if the story was good.
I used to write science fiction with characters who happened to be gay instead of straight. Never went anywhere. Been trying to get back into it. Maybe there is a buyer for stories that have an engaging expansive plot and gays, now.

If he stopped transitioning because of it, Twitter may have unintentionally saved a life
I love this. They can cure troondom, now they can start working on cancer and AIDS. We good.

Yep, and now they want to force children into it by forcing them to see their fetishes at pride parades.
Assless chaps in Disney World in the 90s suggest they've been doing it a lot longer than you think.
My parents were mortified, I was just old enough to be disgusted, my siblings were upset because we had to leave, and the family vacation was ruined.

I noticed the article linked to the Vile 770 site which is the septic tank scum of the SciFi community.

Transwoman scared right back into the closet by other trannies.
If enough internet psychos call them a nazi then hell, I guess they might as well be one.
