But we can never have that discussion. I get attacked for suggesting that the high crime rates should be addressed instead of the hyper focus on police. Granted police accountability is important but that is a symptom of a larger issue. Also wow unto anyone who suggests that a high rate of out of wedlock births may not be a good thing.
The out of wedlock births isn't helped with the fact that an enterprising young couple can choose to not get married, not ever officially live together, or have the father as officially being the father. Bringing the benefit that the state now has to support the "single mother" with the raising of her child by giving her welfare subsidies and such. Then because there's no true deep ties holding the couple together it's easy to separate when things get hard. I've seen this myself with a few black couples I've known. Smart people playing the system to their own immediate benefit.
Now keep this going on for a few generations and you reach where we're at now where the "family" is meaningless, the fathers can be replaced easily and so have minor ties, and the raising of children is seen more as a community thing than a family thing.
It's astounding to me how the issue of police misconduct got turned into a racial wedge issue. Holding police to account for their bad behavior seems like the sort of thing everyone could get behind but then they go and use it to pit us against each other.
Now we can't have police reform or have the discussion about demographically disproportionate crime rates so neither will be addressed as we all march into dystopia.
So instead of holding people accountable for their destructive behavior let’s condone it. I can’t see any downside to that. I’m only 20% European but stories like this make me wasn’t to identify with that portion for a few days lol
The hyper focus on race combined with the refusal to address black and brown violent crime rates is not sustainable. The system must expend energy in order to maintain the Matrix. Eventually, it will crash.
Amplified? More like continued business as usual, and it's not their fault the black and brown communities are so crime-ridden.

You nailed it. That is our sad reality

That’s what happens when you call statistics racist and aren’t allowed to use actual data.
13/52 is true even if you ignore it. Though this year that second number might be a bit higher.
13/56
5/65

They should also never mention sex because it would perpetuate harmful stereotypes that men are more violent than women.
"A person was convicted of raping another person"
Its even funnier because they didnt capitalize "brown" right next to it.
Can't help it, they think in black and White.
I remember in the 90s when the crime reports very conspicuously stopped saying "suspect is a black male" and just said "suspect is male"
Following the LA riots no doubt, I wonder why they started again?
Its time for journalists to not do their job!
Well thats not true, I guess. They're not doing their stated job, but they are doing what they're paid to do. Control narratives.
Dear Black and Brown people. Stop being criminals.
Just like that city in California refusing to publically release footage of a gang attack because they didn't want to support racial stereotypes.
How much racism do these 'idiots' think it will create when no black criminals are caught anymore for the heinous acts they enact?
Of course it's all intentional and following the plan.
“Facts are racist”
bla bla bla.
hate facts.
Nah that's just statistics doing that. If anything reporters downplay it.
This legit cracks me up
