Aside from rare genetic defects, this is impossible. Nothing inside you your brain can make you a man or a woman, because these are descriptions of sex. The concept of 'gender' is a creation of Dr.John Money, a man who drove two boys to suicide by performing 'gender' experiments on them, and who thought 4 year olds could consent to sex.

There is no genetic defect, mutation, disability, or abnormality that breaks the binary.
There is no "Z" chromosome. No "W" chromosome. Not in humans, at least. And not in what we would call "nature", either. They're conceivable as alien concepts, we could theorize about a Navi'i from Planet Unobtania who need three entities in order to breed in a triple-helix structure. But we're on Earth.
There are production defect combinations like XXXY, XYY, XXXX, instead of the normal XX or XY. These occur at a rate of one per couple of tens of thousand births (ten times less common than having six fingers, for example).
Essentially there are so few of these production defects that it is not a societal issue at all. The gender/non-binary hysteria is totally artificial bullshit, and 99.9999% of the people claiming to be "trans" are actually just mentally ill actual males or females.
