On a technical level this is fascinating, and I'm sure selling your soul to Winnie the Pooh is very lucrative. I'm sure there's plenty of affirmative action hires in the West who would jump at the chance to do so. Unfortunately for them the CCP expects results and saves the diversity peddling for the West.
