If somebody is genuinely intersex, I'm willing to make such concessions for someone who was dealt a bad hand and would like to not constantly be reminded of their birth defect.

If someone really is a freak he can shamefully hide that fact and live his life quietly terrified of everyone finding out.

If he is crazy and cant help being open about it he can join the circus.
