Why would they want them to look like icky wicky natural breasts when they cost so much? Oblivious or uncaring of how hideous basketball tits are, it tells other people how much they spent on them and that they're willing to 'invest' in their appearance, unlike women with those natural/natural-looking boobs. They also get their nipples placed irrationally high as well, instead of being on the 'end' or 'tip' of the boob, they have them put halfway up or near the top. Completely invalidating what a nipples are there for. Good luck to any of them if they ever want to breastfeed.

I work in dentistry and the same goes there. People DEMAND incredibly fake-looking teeth instead of natural ones that you wouldn't even be able to guess weren't real. Yes, we can give you ones that are nice and functional, but also look real.
But they all go by "if I go through this and get them done and pay, then make me look like a Hollywood star". Screw subtle, screw perfectly imperfect, screw getting things that fit your character and work with your other features. They want toilet-porcelain-white, huge, perfectly even, perfectly shaped ones that scream fake, because nobody ever has teeth like that, not even people who have great teeth.
Basically they want everyone to know it cost money. It's a wealth brag.

They are also the same patients who don't understand you can't always do everything they want or if you do, it won't look like it did on someone else. They ignore the fact that your body has underlying structures and other physical features that limit what can be done.
Like lip fillers don't change the distance between your nose and your chin. The same size boobs look completely different with different width of the shoulders or waist. The size/shape of teeth are heavily influenced by your other teeth, the shape of your jaw, etc.

I cried a little when I saw that. Also, one day implants are a bit of a... questionable practice and even if they are done, DO NOT freaking bite like no problem right away. Implants need to have the bone properly grow back around them for proper, final stability. You can fuck it all up if you put pressure on them too soon.

Interesting point, I didn't think of it from the perspective of wanting to flaunt wealth. Seems retarded but so is everything else today.
Wearing things to show perceived 'status' is nothing new in fairness.
