I really would like for it to be possible for Israel to survive without direct US aid, but I don't think it is. They're a tiny, densely populated country without the means to support their own population economically, surrounded by the Muslim barbarians you describe, who are uniformly dedicated to their destruction. Without US freebies, their economy would collapse, their military would follow, and they would be overrun. Especially with the Europeans pulling for the other side, which they are.
