Couldn’t possibly be that black women are far more obese with 4/5 black women being obese and also lead the country in morbid obesity.
Also - more likely to be on their own and so unlikely to have anybody drive them to the hospital
Also more likely to have heart disease, which is an enormous risk factor during pregnancy.
Also far more likely to have STDs, which range from "significant risk factor" to "just gross".
Also also, "vaccine hesitancy" is highest among blacks, which means blacks are least likely to trust and abide by "medical science", right?

I have no idea, but it isn't a Republic any more if this is considered Congress's business. The USA is just another globalist puppet state.
