'Minority Pass' describes our current legal system perfectly.
If you define Minorities as only Blacks and illegal alien Hispanics then yes.
The current system definitely does not favor Asians who are also minorities.
It gives lip service to Asians, which apparently is enough for them. Democrats could send Asians to internment camps (again) and they would still vote for Democrats. That’s how entrenched the “Democrats are the good guys” narrative is in America.
It'd be nice if someone told the Asians that.
