There are some people who think there isn't ENOUGH talk of 'racism'?
What planet do they live on?
Every time...
Compared to 83.8% for the state and 90.6% for the city.
Compared to 5.2% for the state and 2.7% for the city.
Compared to 5.6% for the state and 5.5% for the city.
Compared to 7.0% for the state and 2.6% for the city.
Not that it would actually be racist if things were the other way around, but the school is pretty "diverse" for its area. It's like these people have no concept that not everywhere is London, New York, or San Francisco and just expect people to think "that's low" because it probably is compared to what they're familiar with.
Years ago I worked at a community bank with a black lady who was mad that there were only three black people among the 60 or so employees.
She didn't appreciate me pointing out that the community is 98% white, so technically blacks were overrepresented.
Blacks can't into math, so idk what you expected.
California is literally moving in this direction, instructing teacher to "deconstruct white supremacy in math."
I'm not even joking: https://equitablemath.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2020/11/1_STRIDE1.pdf
That's the saddest shit of all.
Well, there are still some holdouts who do not accept that merely by being white, they are inherently, irredeemably, intolerably racist.
Being white and male.
After all, the BLM manifesto used to contain a paragraph about misogyny.
Here's a link to an archive of that.
