He wasn't arrested and was allowed back into his truck. Still GP is correct, and there are plenty of instances of him being correct.

Try adding a space to the end of the URL and loading the page again. I assume the problem is that Twitter is being a dick and refusing requests from off-site links if the referrer doesn't match the query from an embedded tweet.
