Why would you assume everyone else on the plane is vaccinated? You think that it's okay to be a freeloader reliant on other people doing the right thing; do you think you're the only one who made that same selfish decision?
But even if you were the only person on the plane who was a potential carrier, you're still breaching containment out of pure selfishness. People like you carrying the disease from infected areas to uninfected areas are why the pandemic's lasted this long.
By definition, that's not even a vaccine (like a polio vaccine) but a fancy flu shot.
That's why the health pros can go fuck themselves.
What pandemic? Only fast and unfit people have negative health outcomes.

The question is, would people behave the same way if it really was a Captain Trips X Black Plague event that they sold this one as? There would indeed be many who would. If only to get out of the Death Zone (that gets spread by .. people like them.) It's all fun and games to see the chickens slaughtered in the name of bird flu - until you're one of the chickens, and you find out you have exactly as many natural rights as them.
Behaving the same way includes long-term follow-up and motivations. To only include a small portion of the readily available data is to blatantly lie.
"Disease exists, let's go to the tropics and laze about then come back in a week." =/= "Disease exists, let's go anywhere where it does not in hopes of saving our lives, never to move back again."
I think getting a vaccine that's more likely to kill me than the disease does is retarded.
