It is very, very difficult to put into words what has transpired today. I have never lived through or even imagined an experience like the one we have just witnessed in this Capitol. I have never lived through or even imagined an experience like the one we have just witnessed in this Capitol. President Franklin Roosevelt set aside Dec. 7, 1941, as a day that will live in infamy. Unfortunately, we can now add Jan. 6, 2021, to that very short list of dates in American history that will live forever in infamy.
This temple to democracy was desecrated, its windows smashed, our offices vandalized. The world saw Americans’ elected officials hurriedly ushered out because they were in harm’s way. The House and Senate floors were places of shelter until the evacuation was ordered, leaving rioters to stalk these hallowed halls. Lawmakers and our staffs, Average citizens who love their country, serve it every day, feared for their lives. I understand that one woman was shot and tragically lost her life. We mourn her and feel for her friends and family.
I want to be very clear: Those who performed these reprehensible acts cannot be called protesters – no, these were rioters and insurrectionists, goons and thugs, domestic terrorists. They do not represent America. They were a few thousand violent extremists who tried to take over the Capitol building and attack our democracy.
Of course they do. Its the first time they have ever seen conservatives, or the right in general, get up on their hind legs and defy them.
Its terrified them so much that they are trying to crack the whip harder and tell them to kneel. They dont seem to realize (or care) that their actions are only making it worse.
The left spent a year organizing violence and only attacked the plebs. The right made it's first half-assed attempt at organizing and took the Capitol.
Oh, I'm sure the police will "stand down" for a completely different reason. Can't get that pension if you're not alive to use it after all. The city cops had the choice to defend citizens from a riot against orders, they chose their jobs. Their job will then tell them to throw down their lives pointlessly against an army, for the sake of corrupt bureaucrats; will they follow orders then?
Yup. They're scared that conservatives will begin fighting like they do.
And for all their efforts, this is basically how the situation is going as of right now:
Smoothbrain 1: "The right are actually getting pissed enough to put up a fight! What do we do!"
Smoothbrain 2: "Lets take away their ability to talk, work, have money, or do literally anything until they agree to kneel before us."
Smoothbrain 1: "GENIUS!!! Now if only we could figure out why everyone is buying guns and ammo."
Or just ammo in some cases. They have the rest already, and depending on homemade options might not even need that either.
Fair. I was in the gun shop the other day, and he said that while he is still selling a healthy amount of guns, he sells out of 9mm, .45ACP, and .22LR almost as soon as he gets it.
This was punctuated by about 6 people in the 20 minutes I was in there looking for 9mm only to be told they were sold out.
I think people saw this coming. It's fucking everything. Not just guns and ammo, but armor, plate carriers, trauma kits, you name it and has been for 10 months now. I've said it before: people started gearing up for war.
I'm impressed by the boldness of treating someone moving a piece of furniture to 9/11 but here we are. The "silent majority" doesn't exist. We will drown in a sea of normie stupidity.
When Chuck brings this shit up, why aren't the cucked Republican Senators like Marco Rubio and Rand Paul bringing this up?

Reasoning is a completely lost cause, they will say: "Well, she wasn't trying to interfere with the election process and attempting to take over the country... HUGE DIFFERENCE!"
3000 civillian lives apparently have the same value as an hour of anxiety for some rich politicians.
Not just that, but the thousands of people lost from Pearl Harbor, thousands more from every other American tragedy, and the millions more Americans who have died from our pointless conflicts we've been sending them to are considered less than the attack on our establishment masters.
It's sickening.
