We just had a jogger who was shot by our police, justly. He went after them with a knife of some sort. Some in our political class are trying to weaponize this into a George Floyd like event, throwing our police under the bus in the process, purely for far left political points. While I love my American brothers, I truly hate how the worst parts of America are being forced upon all of us in the new world.
Everyone should have a very simple standard for police conduct.
If you're doing something that would justify me killing you to stop, then cops get to as well. Cops don't forfeit their right to self defense just because they're cops.

Was that the "had a knife but was otherwise unarmed" incident I heard about. Absurd the way they tried to deflect responsibility from the criminal. I wish they'd just be honest and say "Blacks are allowed to attack and kill police officers, because we value the lives of Blacks over the lives of police".
So the Irish are now privileged and must bend the knee to BLM. Are there any Irish around to explain this one? Are their academia similarly corrupted by marxism or is it just the cultural norm dictated by US corrupted media and online media? And how bad is it really?
The Puritan Left's Cultural and Moral Imperialism continues unabated and will run roughshod over all. I'd like nothing more than any of these bullies to walk up to a former IRA member and call them privileged.
