It's easy to understand their viewpoint once you realize they never had any male friends growing up. At least not any male friends that weren't as beta as them. So really their understanding of men comes from the women in their lives.
The hell of it is I doubt they had any women as coworkers either. My first office gig as a twenty year old I was pretty idealistic, then I got parked in a cube farm stall adjacent to two women and I heard shit that was ten times worse than "locker room talk" I had ever experienced. That... was a revelation.
I worked in an office that was made up of 90% females who were ex-addicts (company dealt with addictions). That was a fucking mess. Good lord.
The highest rated post I had on Reddit, and continue to get messages about to this very day, involves explaining how male relationships work to both women and men on r-women.

They never had any non-beta male friends and most likely the women in their lives think they're creepy and avoid them. So they try to virtue signal harder because becoming non-beta takes too much effort.
I think it's less that it takes too much effort and more that they have absolutely no road map and have been abandoned in the middle of the woods 200 miles from the nearest road.
