Am I the only one noticing a massive uptick in people attacking Parler and disputing its right to exist? They don't want to leave people anywhere to hide from their perfect world. They will never leave any of us alone.
They ban you from the mainstream site, and then when they find where you retreat to, they want that shut down to.
How do you counter that? It's unending.
Use their own rule book against them. In accordance with Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, do to them as they would do to you. Do not reason with them, do not negotiate with them, do not concede ground under any circumstance, any attempt at empathy will be taken for weakness and exploited accordingly.
If you have any hesitations, just know that the difference between you and the left is that you would stop, draw the line, and rest after succeeding in driving them away, whereas the left would keep marching on toward collective psychosis (and worse) in spite of increasing friendly fire.
Basically this. There is no room for reason with them. They've done the most dangerous thing you can do in the buildup to conflict. They've been convinced that you aren't even human. Much as the propaganda during wartime about Germans eating babies and whatnot, once you are convinced that your enemy is not like you, not a human with family, feelings or dreams, they become an 'other'.
We still consider them people, albiet misguided and dumb people. They consider us the enemy that needs to be put down with whatever kind of force is required.

My cousin and I were talking about this earlier today. The Republican Party is dead and gone. This new alliance Trump has built includes people like Truckers, Union workers who have been brought up on how to strike, because that's how to "stick it to the man". And the Democrats have become "the man". I overheard two truckers in line for ammo yesterday talking about a Truckers strike this month to protest the Green New Deal. Thing is they'll actually do it. Imagine what happens in cities after 3 - 5 days of no deliveries.
This is not the GOP of old filled with evangelicals more than happy to "turn the other cheek" in order to appear moral, just, and right. It's a party now of grizzled tough men that work for a living and know how to fight.
Acquaintance of mine works in the DNC as a pollster. My response to him is that you have no idea what you all have done. You now have 50 million people who think you all lied, cheated, and tried to steal an election and they're pissed. And they aren't going to turn the other cheek. He was already surprised at the GOPe in the House and Senate actually saying they are going to fight. Governors and other elected Republicans going to these states to help the legal fight. No, these people are going to start fighting back tooth and nail politically, economically, and you all aren't going to know what to do when we say "no". Calling us -ists or phobes or nazis doesn't phase people anymore.

It was to be expected. Parler has been growing in popularity while the Leftist strongholds of Facebook and Twitter have been crumbling.

Parler has a big problem in that it's not viewable without an account (and requiring a phone number to register). Social networks gain followers when posts on them spread around the internet and people who see them think "hey, that's cool, I want to see more of this" and they make an account. But you can't do that if you send around a link that just asks people to make an account first, most people won't do that. The normie appeal is practically zero.
In principle, I like the idea of a libcuck-free Twitter.
In practice, my trust is so low that I wouldn't sign up for a site requiring my real identity and tie it to my actual politics if it was run by my own brother and I helped write the code.
Parler is struggling to grow for the same reason Parler is necessary - we have transitioned into a low-trust, low-cohesion society.

Personally, I've never been a fan of the phrase "we just wanted to play vidya/video games". I don't really like the idea of "we" not including myself in this case, letting this stuff go on just because they didn't attack video games.
