Depends on what the DNC rules are for a candidate that dies before election day. Even after election day, after we know the results, I'm not sure what the rules are if a president elect dies before being sworn in. I don't think there's anything in the constitution covering that contingency. I'm willing to bet Kamala will automatically become president then.
Yeah, I'm afraid that's what would happen. Alternatively, I could imagine the Commies rescheduling the election, and then claiming that the additional elapsed time counts as a second term, so Trump is ineligible for the rescheduled election.
The Electoral College can pick whoever they like. They could decide the votes were for Joe, not Kamala, and give them to Trump as the runner-up. They could pick someone else entirely.

The electoral college representatives provide the wiggle room there. You aren't really even voting for president, you're voting for your party's elector, and they vote for president on Dec 14. So yes, there is no day on which a presidential candidate could die which would make the votes invalid.
