I don't think they're risk adverse, in these matters, because they're unaware there is a social risk. Even when it isn't social politics. Look at the community managers at blizzard. Or if we want to go to ancient history, the warrior strike in everquest.

You have community managers and their job is to literally collect and aggregate community feedback. The higher ups in a company trust them to be doing that job honestly.

In the case of both everquest, and blizzard, you had big issues with specific mechanics or balance issues that the community managers ignored due to personal bias or personal feelings. To the point that the player base went on strike in ways that would harm the game's play-ability. These protests bore fruit because the problems became problems that the community manager alone couldn't hide or clean up... and in certain circumstances, even got CMs fired, retired or reassigned.

Look how many sponsors are big brands like intel. Do you know how many gay / lesbian / feminist projects that intel spends on? That isn't risk advertise.

How about Unilever? Dove? JCpenny? Victoria secret? Gillette razors?

The management are oblivious and the "sponsors" are all big for-profit companies. As long as the CMs aren't telling the bosses that "we're getting real pushback for the dylan can" they don't know any better. Until it's too late. Until it's national news.

It is as I said.

You have to make ruckus above the CM's ability to hide it. Work has to follow these owners/investors/c-staff home. Onto their personal accounts.

[ In the everquest example, it was November of 2003. All servers had two primary hubs, the plane of knowledge and the plane of tranquility. The broken class was the warrior class. So warriors and other sympathetic tanks, and alts of friends/family, all logged in and filled the hubs up to capacity. It caused a lot of problems for the server infrastructure and capped out the zones. Beyond that, it brought a lot of raiding and group content to a screeching halt. The community manager had to concede and the developers made they public statement that they'd be addressing the issues.

Rogues likewise had a fit over vanish and stealth breaking and used a campaign of pressure against the developers that extended to sending physical letters to mark morhaime and corpse skeleton spamming. Part of why skeletons became limited per character before later being completely removed in support of appeasing China. ]

Partners, advertisers, sponsors are not in a position to effect direct company structure. Your C-level staff and the board that picked them have to decide to pinch off and isolate the canker sore that is SJW filled HR departments.

I get that pressure from partners, advertisers and sponsors can help, but boycotts almost never extend to that level of abstraction and they're truly under no threat. The bud-light event is very real and visceral however, and it is a reference that can be used to put the fear of god into oblivious bosses.

Unfortunately, that's true too. It is absolutely disgusting that the law was repealed in which an investing / retirement account had to be invested for the sole benefit of the retiree.

So a shit-ton of boomer money is being shoveled into the gibs-me-dat furnaces.

Funny you say turbo cancers. I got RR-MS. My Dad got multiple melanoma or lymphoma. We're still in the process of finding out which.

I'm the same kind of idiot. For my trouble, I developed brain damage within 3 months of the booster. Keep in mind, the condition is rare among men because testosterone, as a steroid, has a protective effect against it. Yet somehow I just happened to develop it within months of my second shot.

There are only 5 recognized cases of multiple sclerosis being induced by vaccination and I'm one of the unrecognized cases. It's really fucking hard to report this to the gov... and where as you can normally get 100,000-200,000 for vaccine injuries to the CNS, covid vaccines are under a special program and people have only seen 5,000 payouts at most for injury. It's dismal.

In years past, he talked about wearing dreads and braids as an act of intentional aggression meant to harm and marginalize others.

Here we are in current year, and he is championing an act he had deemed harmful, aggressive and mean spirited.

The left don't have standards, just targets. They accuse you of having vile intentions at heart, because they themselves are full of them.

Pretty fucking clear they're making it obvious "cultural appropriation" is cultural conquest as far as they're concerned. They're going to perpetrate the hell out of it.

Being fat and soft is acceptable if you're a woman. Mystery solved. This is somebody who never could and never wanted to be competitively masculine. It takes discipline, enduring pain, enduring danger, and Anthony never wanted to subject himself to that.

As Emily, Emily can be fat and it must be called brave and beautiful. Not wanting to work out and be physical is normal for Emily "as a woman" and can be called "traditionally feminine", see how well this works out for someone who's had the body type of whole-fat pudding for 2 decades?

They don't just do it because it's popular but also because it offers them excuses and protection for their faults and hedonism. It's the new religion of the weak and craven.

There's a guy I knew back in college. Fat tub of shit. Constant panic attacks. No spine. Habitual college student who was using his multiple degree pursuit to keep his parents off his back about the concept of having a real job. As far left as you can get. Guy virtue signaled daily on every topic you can imagine. Also begged for money every other month for his personal problems. Kept a pet autistic girlfriend as live-in. Then when that wasn't worth enough woke points, he dumped her and got a transgender person as a girlfriend. Went so far as to get her last name legally changed to his but they didn't marry because he was milking disability benefits for his mental condition.

Guy actually somehow manages to turn himself around. Loses weight. Uses the massive woke social media following he gathered to launch a business. Suddenly, not virtue signaling so much. Suddenly, he's willing to have republican friends. Suddenly he's dumped his transgender girlfriend the minute a normal attractive white woman took an interest in him.

Now he looks decent, has positive cash flow, prospects, and a GF that isn't sloppy seconds on man meat in a female cosplay. Now he doesn't have to pantomime wokeness constantly. What a funny correlation, that.

The options are mia culpa or double down, and with her attitude, she has chosen to double down.

She needs to find a fat ugly dude with a good job and absolutely devote herself to making him feel good if she wants that provided-for, protected, high stability environment. I imagine instead, she'll continue to spend an hour or two vetting each match, rejecting all but the most desirable who were willing to match her, just to get shot down because it turns out the guys she desire are just matching with everybody to maximize their time and minimize their investment in get-the-bag thots.

16
lowback 16 points ago +16 / -0

It's egocentricism. She wants to think she is as desirable as she ever was.

She also wants to use it as a help call as if she were a wounded bird. The single moms like to all pretend it was a ripped condom, or a failed birth control pill, because the reason why this call works is because the single moms have convinced all the other women that it could happen to them. Sort of like how the "Believe all women" people want to convince all other women that rape happens to every single woman, ever. Or how the abortion lobby talks about life saving / rape abortion despite that not being even 1% of the reason why abortions occur.

All this squawking despite women being the ones that initiate most divorce.

lowback 5 points ago +5 / -0

I find it funny how she fails to land any man she deems able to meet her standards. Really though, it's not racism. It's the fact that the men are reaching their peak desirability while her own is on it's downhill course. Despite this, she's vetting the men like it's a job interview and the dates are essentially interviews to be her personal slave/servant.

If she acted fun and carefree like she did when she was riding raw dick at 18, long enough for any one of these men to get invested in her, it might work out for her... but instead, she's judgemental, ball busting, and she's demanding the men around her be ready to settle down or else she deems them broken.

She's got no empathy, and as such, she's doomed to fail because she can never really grasp the mistakes she is making. Nobody can get close enough to love her and the things she wants require a man to have his heart in it. Which will not happen given her behavior. She's a single catmom for life.

You're suggesting we cut a smaller budget line item than bennies. SS+Medicare are nearly double the defense budget. Sure there's plenty of bullshit in that too, but there's no reason we can't cut both.

First off, you're having to add together two government programs to make this claim. That's already a shitty premise. Secondly, spending for social security is in the billions. The military budget is in the trillions. How the fuck do you get "nearly double" and get it in the wrong direction? 560 billion SS + 755 billion medicare vs 1.73 trillion. That's 1.3 trillion for both programs, not fucking 3 trillion. Holy fucking shit misinformed. Did you think military spending was began with and ended with DOD funding alone? Yet you want to smoosh together two separate social programs that actually directly help the American people.

You keep repeating this lie that taking $100 and giving $80 back 40 years later after adjusting for inflation and benefits increases is somehow a good thing.

Beats taking 100$ and seeing none of it spent inside my town, my state or my country. Your libertarian utopia isn't going to happen, sorry.

Something occurred to me after getting up and having a walk around. If the main result of their learning program is massive interest in their ESG bullshit because word of this gets out, they're going to credit ESG with making their learning system a success to investors. They'll also use it to claim the general population is highly motivated/interested/involved.

One fucking hell of a catch 22.

Our reps are bought and paid for, and not with our tax dollars. I don't want to spend less on their salaries. I want to pay 10x as many of them, so there are too many for Pfizer and Exxon and Disney to buy the laws they want.

You think that they can't afford to buy more of them? Lmao. They just buy more and wait for the return on investment when the government throws them dozens more sweetheart deals down the line. Cant wait to see who's cokehead son becomes the middleman next. Or like they did with Ukraine, piss money into a shitcoin and use that shitcoin to funnel the money back to the DNC as donations.

We can't afford any of it. We're paying it all with funny money, and everybody just keeps pretending it means anything when 90% of all currency was minted in the last 10 or 15 years.

My point was more that there are a dozen better places to cut spending, if not more. At least social security and social disability programs are programs that directly help the people with the tax money put into them. I don't see how having the US army / Airforce be the largest employer of single mothers, is doing anything for the general public good or the combat readiness of our country. I do see how that is probably having a lot to do with the feminizing of our fighting force or how our armed services are becoming top heavy with too many fucking officers, and too few grunts. The people actually getting shot at and risking life have nowhere to be promoted to stateside because it's being taken up by some kind of 3-dick-riding whale. Or how we're mothballing perfectly good tanks and jets just so we can make more, so a defense contractor can make stealth payments to congressmen by buying their books.

Why cut off the funny money starting with the elderly first, knowing it'll fall on our backs to prop up the elderly in that case... and the gov wont cut our taxes to do that. They'll spend the retirement money on more defense contract non-sense.

We can't afford to do these things because the State robs us at gunpoint on the pretense of doing these things, and not only does it do that poorly, it skims off the top, the bottom, and the sides at the same time.

Again though, why start with one of the few pretenses that directly benefit the public and actually DOES help some of the public? I know those on medicaid and are at or below 200% poverty line are pretty fucking grateful their cancer has to be treated, they can't be denied treatment, and the costs of that get to be written off. Meanwhile places like the UK put these people on hospice care and wait for them to die. Or Canada encourages them to suicide.

Joe Namath called, and he'd like to talk to you about reverse mortgages, so you can sell your home to the bank and still live in it, making sure your kids don't inherit a cent or get a less-inflated housing market.

They've been around since 1961. They're not the reason for the housing market troubles. In anything, I'd sooner point to the gov looking the other way while big donating companies like blackrock run AirBnB through subsidiaries.

It's hilarious, I can't run a car repair garage out of my home. Can't run a kitchen or a restaurant. It's not zoned for that. I'd never get a permit and I'd never be allowed to continue once caught... but somehow, fucking somehow, it's okay to run a hostel in a neighborhood for instagram thots. Want homes back on the market? Demand the equal enforcement of zoning laws.

I also find it women-most-affected conditions get social security disability the easiest. MS? Sure! Autism? Fuck off unless you're a danger to the public. Never mind only 16% are able to work full time and the life expectancy for autistic people is less than 45.

6
lowback 6 points ago +7 / -1

There's so much wrong with what you're advocating even if they reasons are good reasons.

I want boomers to retire. We all should. You know why you never got promoted as fast as you should have? Because boomers. You want to know why you or your family/friends aren't bank managers, branch managers, regional managers? Because you have some 60 year old keeping the seat warm.

There is a housing crisis. A lack of family homes. A huge part of that is that boomers keep hold of their homes, turn their extra rooms into offices, yoga studios, etc, after their kids move out and end up trying to raise kids in a 2 bedroom apartment. You know what gets a boomer to sell their home? Retiring and realizing they cannot have any fun with what money is left after paying their bills each month. They downsize. That frees up a home and reduces the demand, and that reduces the costs of homes.

To keep the elderly working is unnatural and actually upsets the progression people have in homes and in the workplace. It needs to stop. The only people that actually benefit from this system is the government and multinational business barons.

Accepting the premise that we can't afford to pay social security or medicare is just fucking stupid. We can. We can afford all the bullshit for the Ukraine. We can afford all the bullshit for nato. We can afford all the bullshit for pet projects on gay lesbian tapdancing studies... but we can't afford to pay out retirement to the elderly and we can't afford to care for the disabled? Bullshit. Meanwhile these motherfuckers vote to give themselves a raise every fucking midterms and every fucking primaries.

Austerity measures should start with out representatives. Why the fuck should each of the 400+ representatives in congress get 170k when they should be learning to survive on 70k so they can connect with their constituents and their struggles? Why don't they have to buy healthcare through the marketplace?

It's a false dichotomy. We have no need to burn retirement. They're selling us that like so they can re-appropriate the tax funds for other projects. You know who it'll fall on to take care of our destitute parents? Us. So it isn't even a victory you can sit there and smugly enjoy. Not while it falls on you to change the diapers of grammy and grampy.

As I said elsewhere. Overton window. You're not going to get to absolute free speech in one leap. You have to do what the liberals did, walk society in the direct you want. Walk. Not sprint.

Sprinting spooks the sheep.

Rumble doesn't want disaffected liberals to come to the site for the first time and see a stormfag is literally a top streamer.
