Liking retro makes plenty of sense. Avoiding modern because you assume content doesn't.
Endless diversity talk happens primarily on these sorts of forums where everyone gets in a tizzy whenever a character is nonwhite. Even on this thread, you scroll down and someone is showing deep concern about the size of Lara's forehead. It's wild to me how much people care about something so dumb. I'm also on reddit gaming forums and I rarely see talk about diversity.
To me, that aspect is way far down on the list of things that make a game enjoyable. I don't care if the main character is white, asian, woman, man, crosseyed, or with two peg legs. If the gameplay is good, that's all that matters.
I can't.
One title is one title. If a shitty movie comes out, I don't just immediately assume the next ten movies I see will be shitty. If I play a shitty game, I don't just immediately assume the next ten games I play will be shitty. That'd be retarded to think.
There's so much good shit made after 2014. If you want to avoid it because you're worried it might be bad, have at it. I don't let such an inconsequential fear run my life.
The reason you replied to my comment was because I was making fun of gooners. The reason I was making fun of gooners is because of how many people in this thread were saying “hurr sure her boobs aren’t big enough.”
That’s what I was talking about. You came in all huffy about “attractive v unattractive.”
So, I’m gonna stick with what my original point was, and say that there are more than two options between “woman with huge boobs” and “woman who looks ugly.”
Don’t be retarded, friend. It’s not a good look for you. If you reply with more retardation I’ll just let you play with your blocks.
We weren’t talking “attractive v unattractive.” I’m making fun of the gooners in this thread who are complaining that her boobs need to be “big enough to store another magazine.”
Try and keep up, son. It’s a big world, lotta words, it helps to actually understand them.
Okay. Where?
Because the link we have were it's said someone is saying insane shit like that, someone isn't.
I mean if you wanna find some niche neo-lib troll subreddit like cumtown or whatever, sure. But don't pretend it's on any mainstream sub.
Nope to "Maybe the moderators are slacking."
This is how reddit has been for years. It's the headlines that people post that make people think otherwise, and it perpetuates the idea that people on reddit are saying insane shit like "afghan's rape is our fault for making porn featuring a lot of white women."
In reality, it's one comment that doesn't even say that.
Makes sense!
