it's so much easier to just close your eyes and think of literally anything you please, yet you'll still consume porn for some reason, weird isn't it?

Imagining isn't as fulfilling as experiencing it, or actually hearing it

The scam is in having to spend time, effort and money first, presumably as a prerequisite before you can get something when that something is unrealistic in the first place.

100% agree

The logistical execution and continuation makes it unrealistic. You’re thinking you can wave a magic wand to make something happen, just like an amateur writer believes they can become Hollywood famous because they wrote a short story

I think you haven’t really thought things through

Right I agree. I think that mindset can apply to any facet in life. Great points.

Yeah realistic expectations are incredibly important.

Does the amount of concrete used in wind turbines create more pollution than current traditional methods of energy production overall?

1
Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

So why aren’t people doing it and instead insisting that wind energy must be bad?

And there’s a level that becomes too high for animal life to function

So…the government is mind controlling you to think that carbon dioxide has no effect on environmental conditions?

1
Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

Those who study the effects of carbon concentration in the atmosphere

1
Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

Understood data of the effects of carbon concentration

Fair point. Step one is a long ways off though

I’m in favor of nuclear energy so I’m not sure why you’re so hostile about that…

Even still, a robot that isn’t programmed for sex being tweaked for sex is an additional undertaking in terms of market. Odds are a service robot would already be expensive, let alone a modded version

Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just not exactly something I feel like going into detail on

Yeah I don't think anyone does. That's my whole point.

You're not going to find a whole lot of engineers who would be willing/able to create a mass market sex robot that's going to be anything more than a glorified blow up doll with a vibrating fleshlight and the annoying tiktok voice

Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

And there's no agenda in your link either?

1
Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

So which ones are focusing on sex robots?

1
Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

But you don't know. It could be less.

Meanwhile China is building record numbers of new coal plants and they don't care much about CO2.

Yeah I think that might be part of the problem

1
Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

Okay so does the amount of concrete used in wind turbine production increase the CO2 usage compared to production of an additional coal/oil power plant? Or overall is the pollution lessened?

1
Modeler42 1 point ago +1 / -0

Okay but there are also literally people out there who believe they can communicate with bugs.

Don't lump crazies in with regular people, it only gives weight to their beliefs

how much CO2 should be in the atmosphere?

About 350ppm
