Secretary of State is about foreign policy. Rubio is a neocon extraordinaire who wants to start wars everywhere. He is worse than Tony Blinken. You might as well have appointed Pompeo. So now his SOS and NSA will be neocons. Has he learned nothing from his first term?
Zeldin is also a neocon, but he's at EPA, so who cares?
And that's two House members and 1 Senator taken out so far. There's going to be special elections. The Republicans may lose the race and lose the House majority and shrink their Senate majority to where RINOs have more impact. Some of you think: lose, in Florida? Yes. Democrats lost in Massachusetts after 2008, something they also didn't consider possible either.
As for Trump's appointments, yeah, there's a major risk there, that has little to do with the OP's question about whether the VP choice impacted people's votes. Trump would have to do something monstrously stupid for the VP pick to impact people's votes, like picking fucking Fauci as his VP or something.
Probably. I can see the MAGA base rationalizing even a Nikki Haley pick, unfortunately. So maybe I agree with you after all, that they generally don't care, but they really should.
You think I give a shit about the upvotes/downvotes of arguments on the internet? Don't attribute the random mass retardation of imbeciles to me when my opinion is clearly fucking different than what you're describing, unless me calling the guy a fearmongering retard wasn't fucking enough for you to comprehend that.
I'm not telling you that you should care about upvotes. Only that he represented more than a 'fearmongering retard'. He believed, in good faith, that Trump would not have much of a chance, and that if he won, he would not accomplish much anyway.
All I know is that you live somewhere in Europe, and I don't generally care about their elections outside of a passing glance at the results, and I certainly don't get involved in any major discussions about their shit. The biggest opinion I'll have on it is "good for them" when shit works out or "that's a shame" when it doesn't.
And we appreciate that.
Given Trump's history of God-awful appointments, and current rumors that he will give Pompeo a cabinet level position, it's not a stupid thing to worry about. Also, when I argued with him on behalf of Trump, most people here upvoted him and downvoted me. And now you call him retarded? But I can say he's legit and good faith.
Stick to worrying about your own country's politics.
Why? You worry about mine.
My man dodge a bullet there. Or rather, he managed to survive its impact. My God, what a basketcase.
FWIW, Seymour Hersh claims that the mafia killed JFK IIRC.
A lot of people hated Trump. Remember? Many Democrats even cheered the assassination attempt.
So where did the 3 million votes for Trump come from?
I'm a retard I guess. I don't think it's (mostly) fraud, but it was definitely shenanigans.
Yeah, I honestly don't see why you would be happy that Bush beat Kerry. I guess you got Alito out of it.
I was horrified by how he has recently called Mike Pompeo a great guy.
Pompeo is one of the worst people in the GOP after the Cheney Crime Falily.
Like Glenn Greenwald pointed out, none of the people who called him Hitler are now acting as if Hitler won the election.
If Hitler won the election in my country, I'd be trying to get out before he entered office. For reals not the usual celebrity stuff.
She failed upward like
Hard not to fail upward when you're going down on...
The fragment that I saw sounded gracious. Some people tried to nitpick "this isn't what we voted for" - but it seemed to me that she was talking about herself and her supporters.
You might want to give a damn if your candidate is a 78-year-old man.
One of our guys was really worried that he would pick Nikki Haley.
I was looking for his 'rampaging Trump mobs' tweet when I saw this:
But in the ensuing eight months, neither Raskin nor any of his colleagues have endorsed using the Jan. 6 joint session to attempt to deny Trump his electors.
“No one is talking about that,” Raskin said in a recent interview.
Note that he's not exactly backing down, sort of like the "nobody wants that" argument that they use to say "I support that".
In more recent interviews, he said that he would certify a fair and free election. Which is a statement they attack when Trump says it. I don't think they have any grounds to suggest that it wasn't, nor have they (unfortunately) made any moves to contest the election, so they're not going to - ti seems to me.
You are not an american
You got that right.
and you repeatedly ignored the evidence presented to your face.
Not quite.
Five states stop counting simultaneously, claim later proven fake emergencies, eject poll watchers and them begin counting with no oversight, and "ballot dumps" going extraordinarily heavily for biden during that period. The bellwether counties were nearly totally in Trump's favor. There were other statistical impossibilities as well, like Georgia's absentee ballots going overwhelmingly blue, when absentee ballots are mostly military which is heavy red.
All circumstantial if true (which some of your claims certainly are, while others are based on misunderstandings). The point is, I'm not saying there was no fraud. Just that the kind of massive fraud that you guys claim, the ones that involve millions of ballots, is not quite as easy to pull of as you seem to think.
Let's hope this persuades Trump to keep Lina Khan.
Count is not done. California was 50% reporting when last I checked. That's several more million votes for both.
Now, now, that is quite the outrageous statement, that the world's most notorious homosexual virgin has cocks shoved in his throat. Wouldn't that make him an ex-virgin?
Absolutely go fuck yourself. He personally attempted to suicide bomb the MAGA movement.
Fortunately, he's a literal nobody.
I'm shocked, shocked that a homosexual virgin turns out to be a faggot.
Who could possibly want to use Reddit for propaganda? Imagining myself to be a Democrat, I'd have no desire to post somewhere where everyone agrees with me. Even here, there is more diversity in views than there is on r politics.
They've not finished counting yet.
I hold the <%1 minority view here that it was not rigged by massive by fraud, but by things like media bias, Big Tech censorship and ""intelligence"" community interference.
If they fabricated millions of ballots, it certainly cannot be proven. And if there was 'targeted fraud', it doesn't explain why Biden did so much better everywhere else. The above is very clear and obvious for all to see.
Biden's victory, or that it was close enough to rig, is very easy to explain. As is his likely defeat this year. It's the economy stupid. It was bad in 2020 due to Covid, so Trump was due to lose. It was bad this year due to terrible inflation, so the incumbent party loses.
He's far more dangerous in Trump's cabinet than in the Senate.
