It already ended freedom, wealth, and all but destroyed economic education.
The only thing the FED should end is itself and all advocacy for it.
It's been so long since I could put money into an FDIC insured savings account and beat inflation I hardly remember it. The government may take your money, but they at least send you a bill. The Fed takes it through inflation, and you don't even realize it.
At least in America, you ostensibly get to enjoy whatever the inflated money bought. Rhodesia just gets robbed extra hard by the Cantillon effect.
