This kid isn't some restrained man carefully considering the consequences of his counteraction and opting for non-aggression, he's clearly a submissive loser who would be like this regardless of what the rules say. He doesn't even seem mad, if you're not a bitch in this sort of situation you would be pissed regardless of whether you choose to be violent or not.
