If the Chinese or Asians in general become the new dominant force. Racial relations between them and blacks or other groups for that matter will probably go back to 1900's level.
Even in the US, Asians despise blacks because of how they are often targeted by blacks. Realistically no one really gives a shit about Asians, they're openly discriminated against even by Leftists for having the audacity of going against the narrative and being successful minorities. So there's a lot of pent up anger and resentment towards the blacks who they see as being undeserving of all the sympathy and support they get.
I don't consider African's and blacks as the same.
Africans are they are because their continent is just a giant shithole. Blacks on the other hand live in 1st world nations but somehow manage to act worse than their African counterparts who literally have to worry about being snatched up by lions or hippos.
That is also why African immigrants outperform native blacks in America by a mile. You have to work hard in order to survive in Africa, you don't get hand-outs because wypipo feel bad. So when they bring that work ethnic to another place, they are very successful.
This is also Thomas Sowell's explanation for why Chinese immigrants to Malaysia do so well: the place in Chinese where they were mostly from was quite barren, and they had to work hard to make a meager living. The native Malaysians were used to getting by without much work, so when they brought their work ethic to Malaysia, they outperformed the natives by a lot.

They're just responding to incentives. Right now, blacks are rewarded for being lazy, claiming victimhood and burning down entire cities. If they were rewarded for proper behavior, you'd see more of that. There is nothing in blacks that makes them incapable of that.
Everyone responds to incentives, not just children. Asians may have cultural views that are opposed to welfare, and in that sense, that is also an incentive - to not have others look down on you for taking welfare.
I don't see Asians ever claiming victimhood, being lazy, or burning down cities so they can get free money out of it. Even if it possible, I don't see Asians doing it.
Neither do I. Proper behavior is such a part of their culture. That is not the case with blacks, so they are vulnerable to the incentives provided.

The Japanese in WWII internment camp never claimed Victimhood. The Chinese railroad workers were mistreated and never claimed victimhood. Of course when you compare both countries to any black countries, you can see why Asian countries are successful.
Black culture is not the same everywhere. Look at Nigerians, and you will see immigrants who are successful in part due to having some of the same valuable cultural assets as Asians.
