However, considering how slow court cases are it's likely going drag out until after the election. By then all the money will be spent and they're stuck suing an empty shell organization with no assets.
Call me cynical, but I'd bet money that someone from the Trump campaign would happily fund part of this as a distraction and as a money siphon fro the Biden campaign. It's too late to do any real work, but I could imagine him trying to get an injunction against Joe Biden.
