I've been to an Air Force Base.
It had a Customer Service Department.
That sounds like a euphemism for a forward air controller.
It was in the Base's administration building, and you could go there for getting your military ID fixed. So no.
Besides, Forward Air Controllers aren't gigantic faggots.
