If they're attempting to force it onto people while it's in direct violation of federal regulation then I can't see how that doesn't open them up to legal liability. I'm not a lawyer, so I wouldn't be able to say whether or not it would, but it seems like a bad idea to make people participate in something that's been deemed not allowed by executive order – especially in a government agency.
These things are slow at the best of times. Certainly nothing is going to happen before November, and if Biden is elected then nothing at all will happen. Also, if you complain right now, you open yourself up to retaliation. If Trump wins you'll probably get yours after a few years, but if he loses you're SOL. If you're going to complain at all, you'd best wait until Trump gets his second term.
There's also the possibility that Trump just forgets about it. The permanent bureaucracy is pozzed, they're not going to cooperate of their own free will. Trump can make them, but he'll have to sit on top of it. If he just tells them to stop, assumes that means they'll stop, and doesn't look into it any further, then they obviously won't stop.
Got to disagree on employees speaking out against this. Current federal policy is that this filth is banned. Speaking out against it is the right thing to do. Further, if the CDC is retaliating against employees who do so, all they are doing is creating federal whistle blower retaliation claims against themselves in court. So I say let the affected employees lawyer up and the lawsuits commence!

-Ban mail-in ballots due to vunerablitiy to fraud with the exception of military absenties due to ease of verifibility.
-FEDRALY require the electoral college to vote by THE DISTRICT'S electoral vote based on ballots, rather than the state or national popular votes while providing legal protection for anyone who casts their vote based on FEDRAL guidelines. If a state or district makes a fraudulent electoral college vote, the fedral government will either recount it if possible or void it if recounting is impossible, while dishing out legal penalties in either case.
-Provide FEDERAL armed guards at electoral stations to protect voters while threatening to void the district's votes if they are prevented from guarding it.
-Fire all regressive leftists along with any of their supporters from the FBI and other alphabet agencys so that we can use them to perform nessasary criminal investigations.
Other things that we should do unrelated to the election:
-Arrest ANYONE who is part of or works for the government ON ANY LEVEL who is a regressive leftist or at the very least supports them in any way, and charge them with corruption and treason while digging up evidence for anything else to charge them with, that way coup de lat attempts from the government would be impossible.
-Ban the regressive left all the way up to the base marxist concept of critical theory and militarize the police to put down regressive leftist rioters and insurgents. Also bar them from rasing kids due to risks of extremist child abuse.
-Ban Islam, bar muslims from rasing kids due to serious risks of extremist child abuse, and use tactical units to break up domestic and family abuse situations caused by Islam.
-Arrest ALL the globalist conspirtors including politians and seize their assets, even if they live outside the US, while also investigating their corruption and other criminal ties and activites. If a country refuses to surrender propery to the US or at the very least buy it out from us once we are done with it, then put a lean against the country. However, if the person is a high ranking governmet offical such as a PM or President, then we would have to be careful to avoid starting a war.
-Ban cults and extremist scets while charging people for any abuse that occoured
-Conduct a mass gang purge to eradicate organised crime in the country.
-There are also contries we may want to consider launching military action against.
