Anti-lockdown protesters wanted to register a demonstration. Local left-wing government didn't like it and denied it. Protesters sued and the court said the demonstration can go ahead. Local government vindictively imposed all kinds of restrictions (masks, minimum distance, etc), forced protesters into a small area and when they couldn't meet the restrictions because of that the government dissolved the demonstration.
Of course the very same government was totally fine with BLM protests running wild with zero restrictions, massive crowds without masks and zero distancing and all.
If the police are ever ordered to take your guns, they will comply without question. If you refuse to give them your guns, expect your claims of "you can pry them from my cold dead fingers" to be put to the test.
If you learn nothing from 2020 other than this, learn that police as a whole will do whatever they are told without question. The ones who don't are few and far between, and will be fired or forced into submission.
No. Organizations are already present. Moving in an organized and controlled fashion doesn't change that. If they were going to charge you with organized terrorism, standing in a square wouldn't have changed it.
