Was the first shooting recorded? I only saw the later ones, in which he was literally heading to a point to surrender to police custody, and people were attacking him.
He was being chased by the guy he shot. The chaser threw a molotov at him but missed and kept chasing.
From this it looks like he got spooked by another gun firing. IMO, he legitimately feared for his life, maaaybe manslaughter. The Second and Third shootings were absolutely self defense
not only was it recorded, nyt wrote an article saying the first shot fired wasn't from him. So someone fires a shot, he sees dude 1 who has been aggroing him charging towards him, he shoots. Sounds like justified self defence
