You aren't going to get anything out of customer support. They aren't allowed to express their personal opinion to customers, all they can do is copy/paste the company line
I'm sure even the most corporate entity isn't going to punish a representative stating the company is against pedophilia, and if that's a controversial statement, then we've well passed the point of no return.
The point is someone in customer service isn't authorized to speak for the company, no matter what the question at hand is. I'm sure there's no exception in the training material for pedophilia.

The fact they can't outright say "no" to "do you support pedophilia?" is incredibly fucked up by itself. What do they stand to lose by offending pedos?
I can think of one group right off the top of my head that deifies a pedophile.
Seems to be the case. Otherwise the response about religion is a total non sequitur.
