I've actually been surprised by people's response defending the app. This kind of behavior wouldn't fly at all in the past, but more people seem perfectly ok with it as long as they can watch their vapid videos.
I'm surprised when I hear people say, "Your phone itself is a tracking device, there's no difference."
They must think we have zero safeguards built into our laws in order to make that comparison.
