A "landslide victory" achieved by a collapse in votes for his opposition. It had nothing to do with him or labor and everything to do with the fact that the conservatives absolutely betrayed their voter base. Labor, IIRC, got even fewer (or a very similar total) votes than during their previous landslide loss.
