Its equivalent to throwing acid in their faces or watching them get gang raped. Women enjoy seeing other women (especially better women) get screwed over, then pretends to be concerned or be friend. Its the most fucked up dynamic.
They want to see better women get jammed up and misfortuned.
There's a bunch of causes for this shit, but yeah, the existence of women in game dev has obviously triggered intrasexual competition with their own fictional depictions of women. Healthy men create aspirational male characters that represent the highest ideals of masculinity. Feminist women self-insert in order to lower the bar until they themselves can clear it.
Put another way: there's no reality in which you have a bunch of woke women - or one tranny - on your dev team and they don't demand you uglify your female characters in the name of "realism". We even had confirmation of literal campaigns for woke character archetypes within Naughty Dog leading up to TLOU2. That's what activist devs do.
