This is Diaparate Impact Theory in action. She's inferring that our justice system is de facto racist because it "disproportionately" punishes blacks.
This is a lie.
Blacks are proportionally incarcerated based on the violence and crime they commit. And no, their violence and crime are not "a response" to any kind of "oppression"; blacks are now systemically advantaged in almost every way. Their anti-social behavior isn't justified in any way.
Whites are disproportionately victimized by blacks. That's the real disparity of outcome in our society. But blacks don't care about that. Because Disparate Impact Theory is just another word spell used by anti-white actors to get what they want. It's not a logical argument or a fixed principle. It's not an honest investigation. It's a kafka trap with a fixed outcome: whites lose.
"Disparate Impact" is the opposite of Meritocratic. Reality doesn't care that you really want Blacks to be as civilized as Whites.
There are many, many, reasons that Blacks, as a statistical group, perform worse than others.
First, they skew younger than most other groups which means higher rates of violence, lower incomes, and less political influence without taking anything else into account. There are, again, many reasons for this: more deaths due to violence, obesity, anti-racist doctors not checking for Black-specific ailments, etc.
Second, dey cultcha. Blacks frequently attack other Blacks (everything from online comments to burning down businesses) who are successful out of resentment, racism (school is "White"), or just trying to steal from the only people they know who have stuff. If you want to see what "toxic masculinity" actually looks like, there's no better example; savagery buys status, muh dicking random women and then leaving the kids is seen as heroic, going into debt to buy luxury status symbols they can't afford etc. Absolutely none of these niggers are calling this shit out but this sheboon has the gall to criticise our culture; the culture that gave her the language she's speaking, the schooling that gave her credibility, the internet that allows her to have an audience, and the justice system that protected Anthony from a public lynching.
And then there's the genetic component that even Whites are uncomfortable speaking about. Sub-saharan nations average IQs that we consider mentally retarded; that is, they cannot function in the White, high-IQ society that we built. 400 years of living beside us (including forcing Whites to allow them into their own communities) hasn't fixed this. Neither has over-spending on their education, mixing with White blood, or actually giving them preferential treatment and "supports" to make things as easy as possible.
Finally, they hate us. They will never integrate with their betters so long as they resent the people from whom they should be humbly asking for guidance. Even if everything else were true, they could at least find a way to coexist with Whites (maybe as sewer workers or chicken wrangles) if they actually had some concept of humility, but they don't. And given their IQ, they never will.
So yeah, there are "good Blacks"; 99th percentile outliers who could integrate at an individual level. But what do they do, instead? They stir up the niggers with fancy words (which they do not understand) to fuck up the society that they want to partake in. They, individually, cannot get past race, so we need to treat them as a race and not individuals.
