What is this gigafaggotry of "where are the parents" coming from?
The parents who produce chimpanzees like this are not the resolution to the problem. They are a huge percentage of the root cause of the problem.
He's another lukewarm civnat apparently. Sterilizing sheboons would solve most of the problem outright.
What makes him think those aren't the parents? Just leave the baby in the car, or you'll miss the chimp out.
Parents are probably looting while the "teens" are shooting.
It seems like it's the absence of fathers that produces chimpanzees.
