The thing that pisses me off the most is that a year ago we had a hyper competent white male supervisor that I really liked. If I told him a piece of machinery was broken he would have one of the maintenance guys over there within 15 minutes to fix it. It was amazing to see what was possible when you had someone who actually gave a shit.

Meanwhile, my current abusive cunt of a supervisor couldn't be bothered to get another strap for my scanner after mine broke because she was too engrossed in playing on her phone. I was having to pick up air conditioners with this thing literally trying to fly off my hand because she couldn't walk up a flight of stairs to rummage through a box for something that weighed less than my finger. I had to get her subordinate supervisor to go and get it for me. The guy I had to ask is a guy who does all the work that she is supposed to be doing, like the weekly safety monitoring that she does maybe once a month if that.

And this is on top of her retaliating against me for filing grievances against her for multiple contract violations. She put me in the worst load in the building, the only load I have ever had problems with, and now I have a hernia that hasn't finished poking through yet, so until it does, the surgeon can't fix it. This means that I get to load trucks every day feeling like my nuts are going to explode because I made the mistake of not worshiping at the altar of this vindictive cunt.
