It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Being deliberately offensive isn't justification for assault & battery, but judges and prosecutors will likely try to crucify Chud if for no other reason to prevent a riot, which is an indictment of society in general.
It is however a factor for removing self defense claims in majority of states. You can't provoke attacks with fighting words and claim self defense or every sociopathic retard would do so.

There have been multiple cases of niggers getting a slap in the wrist for the "he said nigger" defense.
There is justifiable cause for "fighting words" and in this climate I can see "nigger" as falling under that umbrella.
Which is why I'm hoping he can afford the most high powered lawyers money can buy so this thing doesn't end in some faggot ass legal precedent that'll be used against all of us or our descendants in the future.
